Best thing at this place is the bar - both of them.
The rooftop bar has some couches, high tops / bar stools and regular patio seating. It's first come, first seated - on a beautiful day or evening you can hit the "atmosphere jackpot."
The main bar downstairs is serviceable and well staffed on my 3 visits there. I would skip the indoor restaurant seating entirely if possible and weather permits (unless you are with a bunch of kids). The booths have jail cell bars (pirate theme?). It doesn't work for me and the service has been less than stellar. Sit outside on the patio, upstairs on the roof or at the main bar - better service and atmosphere.
Draft beer is reasonably priced for the area ($3 for bud light, $4.50 for craft beers - pints). The choices on the menu are not thrilling. Guacamole is acceptable and some of the tacos are serviceable.
