Ok Hotel, nice, clean, well equipped, Swimming pool, jacuzzi. Situated nicely between Argeles and Collioure. We took a room with sea view not previously booked, normally 126 € but off season 92 €. April still off season, still cold at nights but 20+ºC during the day. Room with TV of course, Safe for the valuables, Mini bar at normal prices. Speaker system to plug the MP3 in to, and tea, coffee welcome, free, not normally provided in France. There is a big balcony with table and chairs and the large window and glass door are well double glazed, thankfully.
But, sea view with no direct access to the sea, It is noisey during the day, due to the busy road and railway track directly infront,at night it's ok, No restaurant either requiring a car journey to the local village, to eat, but ok

Dear Sir, we thank you for your feedback. You are right, we advice the reader to choose the room on the garden if you really want to enjoy a quiet terrace or balcony. The view of the sea is beautiful but you will hear the traffic when opening the patio doors (not inside). If you are used to sleep with opened windows, don't hesitate, choose the garden rooms.

We stayed for three nights in September but wish we had stayed longer. We opted for a sea view room which we did not find too noisy and the view was lovely. Our room was a decent size and clean. We still remember sitting outside by the lovely pool area and having our breakfasts. Plenty of free car parking spaces provided and you really do need a car here. The hotel does not have a restaurant but has made up a folder of recommended restaurants in the area and are happy to book reservations for you. We ate two nights in the delightful town of Collioure and one night in the hotel restaurant next door, L'infinie, which was close enough to walk to and the food was excellent.

Booked with Hotels.com a double sea view room. We were given room #4 at ground level with a terrace and sea view. The view and little terrace was great. The room was also very good, incredibly spacious however the bathroom was set up for wheelchair access. I'm not sure if this was the only room available with sea view and the only option reception had to give us - but a standard bathroom would have been more comfortable. The bathroom was huge because it was wheelchair accessible but the rain shower was too powerful for the drain and there was water everywhere. The air conditioning worked well, along with Wi Fi. Parking is provided and there seems to be plenty. Our room was at the end of the hall and even though there was an outside door next to our room, it was 'very' quiet. There were two doors into our room so this definitely provided a sound proof barrier which was excellent. Never heard anything such as road noise, train, etc., incredibly quiet room. A great room for sleeping as it was very dark thanks to excellent drapes. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is on the D114, not in the town of Argeles. Located between Argeles and Collioure, stay on the D114 and you can't miss it. Lovely grounds and well kept garden. We took a balcony room, which was more expensive, but worth every euro. Hotel located in elevated position, so the views over the bay of Argeles, and of the pool were great. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, a bonus in French hotels. So refreshments on the balcony, in the afternoon, with the sun just enough to keep you warm. Great place to relax, even though the road and railway track are very close, this was not an issue for us - just take in the views!
Would recommend a car as hotel does not have a restaurant, and besides there are so many places to visit, eat and drink, why miss them?
Wi-Fi connection good, and free. Parking, lots of it, free and secure. Clean friendly hotel, very recommendable, and we shall be back to continue our Collioure-Banyules experience. Great weekend away, thank you.

Room Tip: Our room was very good, with a large balcony however we would hear the shower being used by our neig...

We booked here when the B&B we wanted to stay at in Collioure was full. The sea-view rooms were all reserved; nonetheless, our garden room was lovely. We had an enclosed sun room off the bedroom with two comfy chairs, and a table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs were on the patio. Great place for a light dinner after sightseeing in Collioure. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very peaceful. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the heart of Collioure. The restaurant only serves a breakfast buffet so plan your meals accordingly.

Green Features: I really like hotels that use the room key to activate the lights--wish more hotels in the US did that.

We stayed 2 nights when the weather was still warm in October. We found the hotel to be well staffed and appointed. No complaints at all! All I would say is that you really need a car to stay here, but otherwise I would certainly go back.
