Great situation for the airport. Room pretty clean but scruffy and very basic. Only two towels fir a family of four how foes that work then? Staff good helpful and spoke good english. i certainly wouldn't book to go here again I would rather risk somewhere else first.

The hotel's customer service is below the lowest possible grade on trip advisor. Here is my story: I booked a room through internet were it was guranteed to have free parking but the hotel decided to start charging parking without notifying the internet sites. When I told them that parking was guranteed to be free they responded that they don't care what is guranteed on the internet. I contacted the internet site's customer service. They contacted the hotel which agreed on the facts but was not willing to cancel the parking charges.
Regarding the room, it is not a fun as it makes you want to go away as soon as you can.
I will never go to this hotel chain again. I hope this review will help you to avoid same experience.

The hotel name is misleading 'premiere classe' suggesting its better than it really is, but don't be dissuaded from using the place. Yes it's a transit hotel and serves its purpose. It was having some refurbishment during my visit and is defiantly smartening up.
The on-site hippopotamus restaurant is very convenient and serves some quite respectable meals. It is not a bar and will only serve alcohol with food.

This is a budget hotel. It is clean and is suitable for an overnight stay and especially convenient if you are flying from CGD airport. The staff were not very helpful but checked us in with a minimum of fuss. Later we tried to get enough towels for 3 people but this was a problem despite booking for a triple room. We made do with some hand towels.

The bathroom is small and it is awkward to move in the shower but otherwise it was clean and adequate. The price is low and therefore we didn't expect a lot. Our expectations were met.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, especially if you have an early flight, then this hotel will suit you.

We arrived after midnight and the staff didn't seem to want to help us as they stood in the little office and just kept talking for a good few minutes, despite having seen us outside waiting. The clerk was rude, and offered little direction to our room once he finally checked us in. The hotel itself was disgusting. The hallways were grim and dirty, and the room itself was dark and horrid. We ended up calling it our "Prison Cell", because that's the feeling you got from the room. The toilet/shower space was not designed well, the shower itself wasn't big enough to even have a shower. I have had a few friends travel to Paris since I was there and I have told them to avoid this hotel at all costs. If you're after cheap and nasty, then this one ticks all the boxes!

Room Tip: My tip to choose a good room - BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL

Yes the bathroom is about the same size as on a ferry, but the room was very comfortable otherwise and the breakfast was good. Being so near an airport it is perhaps inevitable that disturbance starts about 5am. No complaints, would use again.

Stayed here overnight due to our flight was canceled, Receptionist was unhelpful and very rude. Also, lying that couldn't speak English to another customer but we talked to him in English was able to respond well. Rooms are very small. Free wifi but no access. Shuttle to airport was 5 Euros/person. Would not stay in this hotel again.
