“Not bad for an airport hotel”

It was a good decision to stay there for one night after a long flight on the way back home. If I had a longer stopover I would have chosen hotel closer to the centre of the city, but as I arrived late afternoon and had to fly on in the morning this seemed to be reasonable choice and it has proven so. Room was clean and relatively comfortable, breakfast was rich and the dinner I had was good – as well as the choice of wine. Airport shuttle was exactly on time.

We spent the last night of our vacation here after arriving via TGV and laying over for our flight home the next day. Shuttle service worked for us, although very crowded on the way back to the airport on Sunday morning. Hotel staff were friendly. We had prepaid and were upgraded to executive room which was very good. We dined at the restaurant and food was very good. Breakfast buffet in the morning was also good, although it had been decimated by a tour group passing through and replenishment was very slow.

What is great about hotels in this area is that they all back onto the village of Roissy. It is a pleasant stroll through the village with lots of signs pointing out historical sights and such. Also lots of restaurants to choose from.

very small rooms and over priced and bad service. our stay was for 2 days. At arrival took a wile before we where given our key all the time the phone was ringing and the where served first. Got the executive room with no bad tub only a small shower and a very tiny bath room. at the restaurant it took 30 minutes to being served after calling the waiter twice orders were served that where wrong and after we where finished we hat to call the waiter three times over 40 minutes to get some coffee and we left and the suddenly the where quick to react for the bill. did not sign just left and gave them my room number. told in the morning the reception about it but the would inform management. then when room was payed wanted a espresso and the charged me Euro 2,20 for it same receptionist. if it was me I would give it for free.

Nice hotel, check in was easy. Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting us with figuring out a boarding pass issue for our flight the next day. Nice little bar & restaurant area. Would definitely stay here again. (we didn't have any issues with the shuttle service)

I chose this hotel because it is near the airport and offered a complimentary shuttle. In fact, I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me at the airport up and because it serves half a dozen other hotels, it was an hour total before I actually walked through the door of the hotel. Reception suggested allowing 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the correct terminal the following morning. (I opted to spring for a taxi instead.) This defeats the whole point of staying close to the airport! I could have stayed downtown and taken the train to the airport in less time.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was average. Bring your own toiletries.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn CDG on our last night in Paris, before flying home early in the morning. Our agent chose the hotel for the location and I would definitely stay there again if I had a morning flight. We had arrived at the airport by train and had trouble finding the shuttle bus that serviced multiple hotels. We did manage to get on board after a 20 minute wait in chilly, rainy weather and the bus was packed. It was only a 5 minute trip to the hotel, but we did not want to fight that situation in the morning, so we arranged for a taxi the next morning.
The room was incredibly small, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a restaurant and small bar in the hotel, but we took advantage of exploring Roissy Villlage (5 minute walk from the hotel) and choosing from the many restaurant options that are mapped out nicely on a printed map the hotel had in the lobby. The hotel is not located near the main attractions in Paris, but for 1st and last nights, we found it very convenient.

Room Tip: If you chose a room that has a sofa bed and need to use that sofa bed, there will be almost no room...

This hotel's website indicates that it is less than 2 miles from the airport....but it took the bus (no stops for traffic) over 15 minutes to get to the first stop of the area where this hotel is located...so much further than just 2 miles. Did have to wait a bit for the black bus (several different routes so make sure you get on the correct one) but wasn't too crowded. Room was clean, albeit small compared to U.S. standards. Reservation was for 1 adult and 2 children -- staff had already extended sofa bed and made it up with sheets and pillows, which was thoughtful. No shampoo in the bathroom, which seems to be the norm in a lot of hotels in Europe. It had started raining after our arrival so our plans to walk into Roissy village for dinner were scrapped....at at the hotel restaurant instead. Food was actually very good and service was attentive. Glasses were filled and bread plates filled immediately. Food was hot, tasty and reasonable. 3 of us ate for about 50 Euros total. The "breakfast included" rate apparently did not include the over-12 children, even though they counted as children for purposes of booking the room, so we did not pay the almost 18 Euro per person charge....that would have made breakfast more expensive than dinner! Took a cab back to the airport in the morning...because the private shuttle they advertise for 15 Euros is only for CDG-hotel, not the return trip hotel-CDG. Taxi fare was 20 Euro. If you get a decent rate, the hotel is decent.
