We spent a night at this hotel while traveling home to Canada from Nantes. We had booked the hotel through SNCF (we took the train to the airport) and got a good discount. The hotel is a short, but circuitous, bus ride (be careful as the Novotel hotel is served by a train) from the airport. We had a family suite that was very large compared to airport hotels at, for example, Heathrow. An attractive feature of the location is the nearby village of Roussy, but, as we were there on a Sunday, nothing was open. Suites Novotel does not have a restaurant, but there are microwavable meals in the lobby and a very good hot breakfast. We ate dinner at the Novotel hotel about 500 meters away. All in all, a very nice place to spend a night before a transatlantic flight.

We had booked the hotel through our travel agency with a good anticipation. Booking confirmed without problems. When we arrived, people in the reception said that due to a system problem they had been obbliged to change our booking (2 single rooms) to the Mercure Hotel, nearby. Strange, as for other guests that were in the lobby the system looked to have worked well... Anyway, as both hotels have similar quality levels and the ownership is the same we went without complaining. But people at Mercure were not aware of anything and claimed that they had no more available rooms.... And we found ourselves after midnight without a room, knowing we had to wake up 5 our later... This is really not serious!

All staff at check in spoke English, polite and efficient.
The hotel is well located for the airport, very clean and tidy.
Room I stopped in was well equipped and had wifi links
Breakfast was continental, however had a wide variety of options
A few really nice bistro and restaurants all within walking distance.
Would I stay here again, yes

We had a single night lay-over in Paris, and stayed at this hotel. It was one of the only family-friendly hotels near the airport where we could share a room (all the other hotels offered inter-leading rooms, which made a single night very expensive as you had to pay for two rooms).

It was super-easy to get there, as we walked straight out of the terminal building and onto the hotel bus. The service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and they recommended a lovely pizza restaurant around the corner. Our kids even got a small welcome toy on arrival.

There is a little "village" within walking distance with a few nice restaurants and shops.

Our room was big enough for all 4 of us, and the kids slept on a sleeper couch and pull-out bed. The room was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any airport noise. Everything in the room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a one-night lay over.

My only tiny criticism is that it took almost an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, as the hotel is one of the last hotels on the bus route. It took less time in the morning to get back to the airport (just over 30 minutes). If you need to get to the hotel / airport quickly, a taxi may be a better (but of course way more expensive) option.

Room Tip: This was one of the only hotels near CDG airport where we could find a single room to share for a fa...

The hotel was clean and correct and the price reasonable; however, the room had a very strange and small bathroom in glass fiber or similar material, as if it has been added to the room after the construction or something like that; I didn´t like the bathroom. However, the bed was very comfortable and the windows with double isolation to prevent street and airport noise; the shuttle to the airport was not frequent and also some frecuancy was skiped; I had to take a taxi to the airport.

Not the most luxurious Hotel but if you are a backpacker with no other place to go and you are on a tight budget like me then this place is perfect for you. You have to love the fact that something like this exists.

Room Tip: If you want a decently priced Hotel that will help you SLEEP comfortably then I commend this. Whatev...

Honestly the most comfortable place I have stayed in Paris. It is an airport hotel, you are not there for the sites. But it is the BEST sleep I have ever had before a flight, and that is what I was paying for. Huge comfortable rooms to spread out and repack. Decent bar in the lobby and a great choice of food delivery near by (the sushi was delicious). It was exactly what I needed before the long flight.

Room Tip: Important information about airport shuttle, the staff dont always know this. - There is a free airp...
