When booking a room in an Ibis hotel, you should be able to receive a certain minimum standard of comfort and quality. However, this Ibis hotel near the Roissy exhibition center, did not tick any of the usual boxes : the room was dirty on arrival, unfriendly desk clarks did nothing to make you feel welcome, the quality of the buffet was realy below standard.
This hotel should be reviewed and renovated urgently in order to offer the expected Ibis standards.

It was a business trip & this was my last choice as I booked it around a fortnight ago. 136 euro per night was ourageous for what it offered.Dinner was cheap but of low quality cuisine. The room was very small (no fridge, no safe). The lobby was dirty & the receptionists did not know English well. The worst of all was the location. If you don't have a car, forget it! It is in the middle of nowhere & its big iron door makes you feel like you are in a prison.

It was a great hotel and would stop here again now that I know where it is. Difficult to find on Tom Tom as so many IBIS hotels in the area. Great facilities and good in the restaurant.We had a wait in the morning for breakfast as queue was very long. Free WI Fi and very close to motorway for travel the next day.
