“Nice hotel, big and clean rooms, great breakfast, nice facilities.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013 via mobile

Rooms are very big and they're squeaky clean! Nice facilities in the hotel such as gym, pool and jacuzzi: free entrance for guests only. Previously I had a very bad experience with the hotel's staff; however after I sent an email complaining of what happened they solved my issues and made me happy enough to forgive my bad experience! However the front desk staff still seems a bit rude, unprepared and unprofessional... They should work more on this point. Having said that, a very nice hotel where I would be happy to go every time I stop in CDG!

First time, i had a very good experience. The hotel Is very huge, the rooms very spacious and modern, and the kitchen is all equipped, and very practical to cook when you stay with your family. The Spa is amazing and sparkling everywhere you meet your eye with. The hôtel staff is very helpful, and professional in particular at the reception and the ingenior who came Into my room to fix the problem with the wireless. We are traveling by now since 25 years in different hotels all over the world, and I will recommend for sure this hotel for family, spa addict, or even a romantic week end.

Staff are rude an don't care! They also seem to charge for things you've never had! Check your bill! Morning room service was 1 hr 20 mins late, rang to see if it was still ok to bring, when they did, an had already left their was no milk for the cereal, no milk for tea no butter for toast an the cooked breakfast was stone cold!! worst food ever!! Would never stay here again, an would not recommend to any one! The whole experience of this hotel was awful! Avoid!!

The rooms are big and confortable. However wifi reception is very very poor. The staff is rude and completely incompetent. Check that your room has all mentioned facilities at time of booking as something might be missing! (That's what happened to me: there wasn't any hairdryer in the room, the staff could not find another one and did not care, and I had to go to work with wet hair at 3 degrees Celsius!). Too expensive for the service given. Be aware if you want to go there! Better hotels nearby.

My husband and I were recently stuck in Paris due to a snowstorm (which appeared to be only about 4" of snow but made everything come to a complete and total standstill). We had to connect to our flight in London, but the weather had closed down the Eurostar and all flights to the UK. By the time everyone realized that they could not get out of Paris, or the airport, there was a rush to reserve the last remaining hotel rooms in the area. We managed to book a suite at the Relais and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, it was so nice, we were hoping for another delay to enjoy the facilities for one more day. As it turned out we only had about 7 hours to enjoy the room. Not only was the bed sublime, the suite had two separate bathrooms! I don't know about the environs of Roissy since it was dark at the time and there was no way to walk around, but I would consider staying here again in less inclement weather.

Room Tip: Go for a suite - it's a great value!

Stayed here to enjoy a few extra days in Paris after visiting eurodisney. The main reason I choose this hotel is because of the fact that its close to the airport, and that its easy to get to the train station from here, which it is but only by the shuttle bus. The rooms where spacious enough with balcony, the bathroom was nice and clean with a bath and separate shower. There was a kitchenette however no cooking utensils. There always seemed to be a lot of members off staff around however they never actually looked like they were doing anything. Check in and out time is from 12 onwards yet during this time there was only ever one member of staff sitting checking guests in and out. The check in seems to take a while and on the last day after we had checked out there seemed to be at least up 30 people waiting for rooms. The prices to eat and drink in the hotel is a rip off 5 euros for a 33cl bottle of water or coke after seeing the menu for the restaurant we decided that we would eat out. In the little village around the hotel there are a lot of brasseries which served a complete full menu and the atmosphere was always good as opposed to the hotel seeming cold and the staff in the hotel brasseries where rude. The free wifi works with them taking a deposit from your credit card, however even though the room we were in was right next to a router for the wifi I could only stay connected if I stood by the door all day. The spa and pool where the best thing about this hotel.

What a great hotel. The rooms were spotless and had a small kitchenette allowing limited in-room cooking. The whole room had that new smell to it... Very comfortable experience!

I did not get to eat downstairs but had a drink in the vibey downstairs bar.

Top hotel , only gripe is that its far from town if you wanting to see the sights of Paris central this could be an issue.
