Just stayed at the Relais Spa for 5 nights during a fair. First of all, they should change their name. THERE IS NO SPA, not even a health club!! They saying that it would open on 30 January, but people who stayed there before told me that the management keeps saying that. There is no construction going on, so I can only assume that is a management problem. The restaurant is large, but still too small to cater to all the guests. My advice, book a table. On Saturday night we were turned away. Then we went to the bar, where we had a light dinner the night before, only to find out that for some obscure reason, no food was available on Saturday nights. "You can order room service, or go to one of the other hotels in the area" was the comment of the waiter. "And what if I order room service and have delivered in the bar?" was my answer. "You can't". so we went to the Marriott. The first time ever a hotel recommends going to the competition.
The rooms are nice, but badly designed. Many square meters are lost with the large hallway. The closed is VERY small (clearly designed for people staying only night). The materials used are poor, because after only year, the hotel looks worn out in many places. For instance, the halls are full of scratches. Clearly the wallpaper is too fragile.
All in all, a hotel that COULD be nice, but that has serious management issues.

Room very stylish,clean and a reasonable size for Paris. Each room has a balcony and this has to be an advantage if you smoke. Separate toilet is a rare and great facility when travelling with companion. Small entrance hall with second door helped keep the room very quiet even though we were close to the lifts. I needed quick transport to the trade fair which was provided free of charge. Also a 10 minute walks gets you to a village with some great little French restaurants. It has been a long time since I have been looked after by such happy motivated staff. Will definitely use this Hotel again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September on our final night in the Paris area. It was a great choice in every way.......from the minute we checked in until the next morning when we flew home. A lovely young woman at the reception desk upgraded us to a suite when I mentioned it was our anniversary; what an unexpected and appreciated gesture! The suite was spacious and very quiet. We had dinner in the restaurant not expecting a gourmet meal, and lo and behold, the food was delicious and service was prompt, polite and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised......checkout the next morning was easy, and we think a real plus is their free private shuttle that doesn't stop at any of the other hotels. We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Paris! We have stayed at other hotels close to CDG, and, without a doubt, this was the best.

Location is only 5min from airport and that's what you expect from airport hotel.

The rooms are pretty good and big with a small kitchenette.Large flat screen and double bed although is two single beds so if you move a lot and you sleep in the middle you will feel the separation and its not very comfy.The rooms all have a balcony so if you are a smoker you don't have to worry.

You can unfortunately have to wait a bit for the shuttle, had to take one from another hotel and I arrived at the hotel all three buses were parked....

Overall good hotel very convenient and clean and you can cook yourself whatever you want since you have all in the kitchen since i know by fact that room service is not very tasty and quite pricey.
