“Not quite up to Pullman standard”

Reception was good, room was small,glass dirty, room service as imam, with many items not available even though they state it us a 24 hour menu.

On check out a different receptionist tried to give me someone else's bill, clearly not my room number or name, I chose this hotel on th e Pullman name having stayed at many throughout the world, unfortunately it was not up to the usual standard.

My husband and I stayed at Pullman near CDG for only one night and it was an absolutely unpleasant experience.

The hotel has no bell boy, no one helped us with our bags at all. We had six pieces of luggage with us, we didn't expect your staff to carry any for us but at least hold the door while we were struggling with all our heavy bags. I thought that would be a basic service for any hotel.

The shuttle bus drivers were utterly rude and argumentative. The airline we flew with is located at terminal 2A which is quite far away from the drop off point. We asked three different staff at the front desk at different times, and they all told us the same thing which is, we could ask the driver to drop us off outside terminal 2A. However, when we arrived at the shuttle bus stop he told us no and does not care what the front desk told us. Other shuttle bus drivers are basically very unfriendly and grumpy.

The hospitality of Pullman is awful, the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It has the most unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming and ill-mannered staff. We will definitely not be staying at any of the Pullman again and will share this diabolical experience with our friends and family.

IF THE MANAGEMENT IS READING THIS: this is what exactly what we wanted to email you through the accor website but it didn't work. It sucks, just like the hotel! We sent an email to where we stayed to get an email address and guess what? No response!

We have always in lobby a porter for luggage when he take car of another guest, you may leave your luggage at the front desk. and several minutes later, we will bring to you your luggage. We only stayed here for one night, but what a lovely time we had. All the staff were friendly and smiling, and the place was absolutely spotless, and felt very fresh and inviting. The rooms are bright and modern and the beds are absolutely massive. We were lucky to have a nice view of planes taxying in, and despite this it was not at all noisy. The food in the restaurant was expensive - but so beautifully presented and delicious, that we didn't mind paying a little extra. My partner had a scallop risotto and I opted for (a very fancy) burger and chips, my son had the same. It came with fresh bread and a massive bowl of fresh crisp salad to share. We had a great nights sleep which was perfect before tackling the airport. I will definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is right by the airport. But there are many reasons you might want to choose a different hotel. 1) The room was hot and stuffy. The air never came on. 2) I asked the best way to go into town. The clerk asked me if I was interested in a private driver for a flat fee of 50 Euros. I said "yes." the next morning a taxi showed up and did not identify himself or make any inquiries. he had my name and they morning people told me that I should take the taxi. When I got in, I asked him to reset the meter and the response was "I don't understand." It felt like a scam! BEWARE!!! I've done this at plenty of hotels and this was the first time I've had a problem. BEWARE!

Our room was in the last bit of hotel, had a great view of runway, which is fun. Room was fine, nothing remarkable. Front staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport is very worth staying at Pullman. It is a silly thing to note in a review but it means a lot to us... We have a fav pizza joint in Rossey en Village, the joint does not speak english & I cannot speak french, the Pullman front desk helped find the number called and ordered our usual. That my dear means the world to us! Little things like that are customer service details that are important. We will stay here again, as the hotel shuttle is VERY import at CDG, the taxis are about $50 usd and the "multi hotel shuttle" takes forever. Stay with the Pullman, you will be happy here

Service in the French classic style: "What? Just because you are paying you expect me to do something? HA! I am on break." Not exactly, but you get the drift.

26 Euros for breakfast? Seriously? Perhaps at the King George Hotel, but not at this place.

You either have to take the airport train then walk to the hotel (hope that A. you don't have luggage and B. its not raining or taker the shuttle bus. If you take the shuttle bus you have to go to a remote location to pick it up.Good luck finding it.

Stay at the Sheraton or Hyatt.

We really do not understand how this hotel could be rated 4 stars on hotwire. It is close to the Charles de Gaulle airport which is good but, other than that, it is awful. We arrived the night before our flight out of CDG to the US. There was an electrical problem so the elevators did not work, we could not be checked into our room. The staff at the front desk was rude and dismissive, spoke almost no English.

Once we got to our room, it was small, facing the airport, awful view.

They have a breakfast for 26 euros which is beyong overpriced. The shuttle to the airport runs ONLY from 7 am to 11 am. and I am not sure what you are supposed to do if you need it at another time.

The hotel was not open during the day (even if travellers arrive from the airport at all times of day and night) and only room service was available.
There was not even soap in our bathroom.

I would rate it as a 3-star hotel at best.

Save yourself the trouble and stay at the Hyatt Regency which is a far superior hotel.

For your convenience and to better serve you, we kept the rotation possible due to a shuttle every 20 minutes from 11 :00 to 07:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 00:45. From 06:00 am to 11:00 a. and from 07:00 pm to 10:00 every 15 minutes. Our hôtel is open 24/24 and 7/7 you may order with Room service or at Bar. The Restaurant is open from noon to 02:30 pm and from 07:00pm to 10:30 pm . We appreciate your sharing your comments, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the next future.
