“Lovely introduction to France”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2012

We arrived early one evening from the airport but the taxi driver stuffed us around badly because he couldn't find the place - no idea why, as it's so very close to the airport - but he drove around and around until we eventually found it. I think we'd passed it twice.
This place was a lovely surprise and a great introduction to France. The apartment room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful and pointed us in the direction of the local village where we could eat. As it was fairly late on a Friday night, not much was open so our first meal in France was pizza which was rather ironic as we'd just flown in from visiting Italy.
The family room we had consisted of a bathroom, two single beds in one room and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. For an overnight stay this place is excellent and close to the airport - if you were staying longer than just the one night, you would certainly be very comfortable and self-sufficient because there was a lovely kitchen and dining room in the apartment. Also, there's parking on site which is a bonus if you're driving anywhere.

Room Tip: From what we saw, all rooms are comparable. Good value for money.

We stayed here only one night before we had an early flight out of CDG airport. We were pleased with our stay. The rooms were large in size compared to anything we found in the city and they were very clean. It was nice having a full kitchen.
The location is good if needing to get to and from the airport, but not the best getting to and from Paris. We had to take a shuttle to the metro line. On the way back, the shuttle had stopped running so we had to take a taxi from the airport; however, most taxis will not go to Roissy Village for some reason. Weird.
The service was good from most staff except for one lady that seemed rather bothered that we were there. We booked the room through the hotel website and she couldn't find it and told me that it was impossible that we had booked since the hotel didn't have a website, which I thought was odd.
The shuttle service isn't the best and we only took it once, as we didn't "reserve" it ahead of time to get to the airport. So we had to pay for another taxi.
Also, I know this sounds weird, but the doors are hard to open! Meaning, it's a weird system to get the door handle unlocked and opened. We received wrong directions from the front desk so we spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Get good directions and listen carefully!
Overall a good stay and we would stay here again if we had a flight in/out of CDG.

Room Tip: Reserve the hotel shuttle in advance!

One night on way out to HongKong - selected because we wanted a larger than normal room - but - shuttle took over an hour to collect us - 3 phone calls from NZ cell phone - $15 ! should have got a taxi would have been cheaper - staff were good once we did arrive - upgraded room and had free breakfast for children - unfortunately breakfast was bedlam - no eggs - coffee machine broken - no clean tables to sit.
Did eat at the Creperie in Roissy village - it's great!! very entertaining and good food.
