Stayed there for 3 weeks. Really enjoyed it. Nice rooms, beautiful garden, fresh air, ability to cook at home, cheap laundry service.
Wish they cleaned rooms more than once a week. Wifi was quite slow too.
The rest is pretty good.

We stayed at this hotel one night. Stuff was very friendly and very helpful. We used the hotels shuttle to and from the airport. Thank you so much. ..

But I would recommend take some food with you before you go to the room. They have pots and pans and everything else for the kitchen. So you can cook your own meal. There is no grocerie store a round the hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed the quietness and privacy in the hotel.

Room Tip: Superior double rooms

We booked the hotel for our final night in Paris as it was near the airport we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early due to our flights. The service was lovely and they even offered a shuttle bus to the airport. We were very impressed with the room it was amazing value for money! Would visit again!

I was planning to be in Paris for one week. Because of the expense of dining out, I liked the idea of having a kitchenette so I could cook in and save money for sightseeing. Dishes and cookware were furnished. From what I have read about European hotels and how small they are, this one, with the living area and separate bedroom was more than adequate. My room smelled freshly painted and seemed in good condition. There was no air conditioner or fans so it was a little uncomfortable in late July. Many places in Paris are not air conditioned. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The Eiffel Tower lighting does not occur until around 10 pm. The last shuttle is at 11:30 pm and there is virtually no way to make it back from that area by that time. Taxi charged $20Euro to take us to the hotel. During the stay they did furnish me with a hair dryer and outlet adapter for my computer using my credit card on file for the deposit. WiFi seemed to work well.

There were some things that could be better. The grounds were not kept up. Grass was tall and bushes needed trimmed. This is sad because it is a very pretty property. For extended stay, there is no cleaning service for seven days without additional payment. You can get fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. by asking. Most of the staff were not overtly friendly but were not rude. Apparently this is normal for Paris.

Additionally, it does take about 1.5 hours to get to downtown Paris using the free shuttle and train. I purchased the 5 day all area pass for $55Euro which really seemed like a good buy. Staying at this hotel will save you money, there is a little convenience issue traveling into Paris, but the rooms are comfortable.

Believe what the previous reviews said. They are terrible! It might be cheap but basic amenities sucks! First, bathroom. They put a quarter glass barrier for the shower, so for sure water will splash outside the tub. The bathroom floor will a have a puddle of water. Since they don't clean regularly and no new towels, my advice would be to just leave it and let it dry on its own.
2. internet - yes they have a ton of wifi. every room has it's router, located under the table. but if yours is not working. don't bother letting them know. they'll just tell you to connect to next one. no password protection and if connecting to another room's wifi, the connection is not reliable. It could be fast but most of the time it's slow.
3. and lastly the famous free shuttle bus to the airport. Even if you book, the drivers does not check room numbers when you get in the bus. It also does not help if the the scheduled second bus does not appear. From the airport, if the bus is full from the first stop, then there is no room for the 2nd stop. they will not come back until the next schedule which is every 40 mins. you have more luck taking the public transport #95-02. The bus stop is located about 100 m away. (from hotel make 2 left turns, from the roundabout, walk 50 m in the opposite road) or better take the other roissy hotel bus (gold one), they're big bus. Just walk through the town center, about 250 m.

If you still think that is okay and decided to book, which I did and had seconds thoughts and want to cancel, forget it. You're stuck! They don't accept cancellations and will be billed full.

SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Room Tip: It's apartment style. No elevators/lifts. It's up to 2nd floor. Just don't rely on their...

The Sejours & Affaires, Roissy Village, is a hotel to beware of. We had booked and paid for a room, 4 months in advance. We arrived about 12:30 p.m. and were told the room was not ready and to "go away". But they did agree to keep our luggage. Returning about 6:00 we were told there was no room for us and to" go sit down", as they registered about 50 people from a tour group. There were 2 other couples besides the two of us and we were all told to go sit down. The staff at the desk were very rude, loud rap music was playing and one of the receptionists was having a heated argument with the waiter/bartender. The housekeeper was mopping the floor and around our feet at the same time. After waiting for over 2 hours we were shuttled to a different hotel, arriving about 9:00 p.m. No apology was offered, nor any other compensation. We have traveled extensively and have never seen anything like this. Yes, we have been transferred to other hotels in the past, but in a courteous manner. Just a warning, it really is horrible.

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel!!!

Very clean, modern spacious suites. Ideal for family with well equipped kitchenette, dining area. Balcony. Free shuttle to airport. Not a lot close by for restaurants but grocery store in village if you have a car.
