If your expectations are realistic, i.e., budget hotel at cdg wifh free shuttle beginning at 5:15am, then this is a decent hotel for its purpose. I arrived at T2. The shuttle is at the RER area right before you go downstairs to the ticket kiosks/ticket windows. Instead of going downstairs, go up one flight to 5th floor and exit to the shuttle bus area & get on the bus with a sign for the F1 hotel. It'll be the first stop. I had a 7am flight the next morning on Easyjet at T2B. Get off the bus at the same place you get on (3rd stop). Takes about 15 min.

We used this hotel as a place to stay while visiting Paris. It's a bit of a trip into Paris, approx 30 minutes or more by train, but the price was 39 euro vice 100+ inside the city.

Bathrooms are down the hall, and are fairly clean. The room is clean and simple, the beds reasonable comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Be aware, there is not much to do in the area of the hotel, so you will need to factor in the cost of a Paris transport pass (all zones) into your cost.

If you are looking for a place to sleep while at an airport stop over, this is definately your best value, the cost is much less than other hotels, and the "budgety-ness" of the hotel is easily bareable.

Wanted to try f1's business model. Location same as Ibis, Etap and Suite Novotel. Same shuttle. Room has 1 double bed below and 1 bunk on top. Basin for brushing teeth. Separate shared toilet and shower outside (3 sets for 20 rooms). Toilet flushes when door opened and closed -- but NO LID. Shower is prefab, no shower gel, but has dryer on (low) ceiling -- for drying whole body? Small towel provide. Price about 2/3 of Ibis. Small continental breakfast euro 3.95 (I ate at Ibis)
Target market is small families or work teams. Only livable overnight. Would avoid toilet if possible.

Room Tip: Avoid 104 and 106 -- face the carpark, unless you want to know when the shuttle comes and goes.

Stayed here for just a night while stopping off from a long distance double flight and transferring to a regional flight the next day.
For what I paid (43 Euros in all) I was very happy. I got a very clean room with free wifi. The bathroom was a few steps away down the hall, but the shower was hot and it was clean. The bed was large with crisp sheets and wonderfully comfortable after a 3 hour plus 11 hour flight. The windows are excellently insulated so there is no outside noise whatsoever. A simple but filling buffet breakfast in the morning was provided and free coach transfer between the hotel and the airport was also included. There is a restaurant right in front for an evening meal. So for the price of just 43 Euros, I was very satisfied indeed and wouldn't hesitate to pick this hotel again.

I mean yeah it was only 40 euros after taxes and everything. Which equates to about...lets say....56 US Dollars. Which is the same price as a motel 6. I needed a cheap place to stay for the night and I wound up staying here. The free shuttle to the airport was great and everything. And the Wifi was good. Which was nice. But one thing that bugged me was that the bathroom was not in the room...neither was the shower. So if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk a little bit to where the bathrooms are. Which is a bit annoying if you just wanna go back to sleep. The lighting in the room was very bright...and it was hard to talk to the guy at the front desk. He was alright....but he barely knew any english. I showed him my reference and everything...when I booked the room...and it took a while for him to find it. Its fairly close to the hotel though. Room are bunk beds....which feels almost like a hostel at some points. TV worked but didnt really watch it. Good if you just need to sleep and go.
