“Paris Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Good budget hotel. Family liked the stay in the hotel. The location is accessible by Paris metro. The staff were courteous. safe and secure place to stay. Room is a decent size. Good decent beds and room service is quite fine.

We have selected this hotel based on the rate but was liite worried after reading the reviews. But the hotel was perfect for short stay in Paris. Hotel location was very good and few minutes walk to Pantin RER. We stayed for 4 nights with child of age six years. We could conveniently travel to Central Paris within 5 mins by train. Hotel location is very convenient for people who want to visit Disney Land Paris as well as Paris City. We have returned to Hotel after midnight from Disney Land Paris and Central Paris by train. Hotel staff are very friendly. Our room was good and clean. We had a good sleep on all days but there was a false fire alarm in the early morning. Room services were done on daily basis. We could use the microwave in the kitchen to warm our foods. Breakfast was very basic but good.
Overall the hotel is very good to stay within budget with your family. We will definetly go back next time and recommend.

My girlfriend and I visited in December for two nights to go sightseeing in Paris. Our total bill for two nights, Standard room was €138.80 – This included breakfast.
The hotel appeared well kept and clean. The room itself was modern, practical and clean. The shower was very modern and powerful and the room was warm at all times.
We were really pleased with the room and location. It is very close to the metro station and there are also local shops nearby. We flew in from the UK to Charles de gaulle. We found this hotel easy to get to from the airport with frequent trains. This was the perfect hotel for our short stay in Paris. It was not too close to the centre, and just on the outskirts.
Breakfast was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is the first budget hotel I have ever used and would definitely go back and use again.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Our family stayed here last summer since it was conveniently located and close to our relative's apartment. The positive thing is this property is close to the train into Paris and had a family room that could sleep four (one double bed and two singles). Although the staff was friendly, they were incompetent. After checking in, we were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned.(dirty sheets, towels left on the floor, etc.) We had to bring all our suitcases back downstairs and left them with the front desk while we went out and they supposedly had our room cleaned. Several hours later, we returned. We were informed that they still hadn't cleaned our room. We were keys to two rooms (each room would sleep only two people) instead, but when we went to the new rooms--we discovered again, one of the rooms hadn't been cleaned. So, we had to go back again and ask for yet another room. Lots of hassle! It was quite hot and the rooms were supposedly air conditioned, but the air conditioning wasn't working. It would be comical if we weren't in Europe and expecting modern accomodations. If were we in a guest lodge in Bangkok or a cheap hotel in India, we would expect miscommunications and problems--but were truly disappointed by the quality and service here.

Room Tip: Try this hotel in winter instead of summer as the air conditioning is not adequate and all rooms are...
