“Best LOCATION ever!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

This hotel apart' feels like home ! You won't regret it !
The location, the staff (nice and friendly), the room, the service everything was perfect! It had everything even coffee and tea was served for FREE near the reception.
The room is confortable it had a small kitchen with small two elements (to cook), a microwave, a mini dishwasher, fashion utensils, a plasma TV, internet Wi-FI (free), a normal bathroom (nothing very fancy).

Downside: The room doors of each other were very close. That means that you are very near to your neighbor which is not always fun, especially if they have small children.
They do not do your room everyday, it's twice per week. Only small clean-up is made everyday.

Advantages: Nice BED (comfortable with white clean sheets), near by you have a nice view, near Eiffel Tower (45 min of walk) for example after a nice lunch you can take a romantic walk with your husband/spouse and not anywhere but to the EIFFEL TOWER (it's incredible), a big shopping mall near by (5 min of walk), the metro.

Best hotel in PARIS since you are in the heart of the town!! It's a very SAFE place, security 24/24h.

I highly and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy their stay in Paris wether it's with friends, family or couples !!
I will definitely return to that hotel apart' !!! At the same time, for a long stay it's very inexpensive since you got a mini range (2 elements) so cooking is made easier.
And you always can enjoy their breakfast which is 14 Euros per person.
**You also have to pay one euro per person for the city tax**

Enjoy!!!! :)

I stayed in hotel for a month as it was a business trip.. the best part of the hotel is its location.. right on top of metro station.. 5min walk from La Defense, Arc De Triumph, Shopping Centre...and one can see Champ Eleyeses and Eiffel Tower from outside the hotel...The Hotel staff is good...always smiling and specially the Security Person in evening..

My husband and I stayed in a one-room apartment with our teen and tween for six days. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early before check-in. Although they were checking in a large group of 20 people ahead of us that took up the entire lobby. they still accomodated us by allowing us to store our suitcases in a locked room until we could actually check-in. They even took some time to answer our questions, so we could begin exploring the vicinity.

The room was relatively clean, except the sofa bed was dusty and had some stains. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and clean. It had a safe too which was good. The kitchenette was well equipped; however, the cooking utensils, dishes, and glasses were not so be sure to wash them before using. The toilet was in a separate private room from the bathroom/sink, so it made washing hands a little inconvenient. The lightbulb blew out in the toilet room; their maintenance man replaced it within a reasonable time. The laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers; one dryer was not working though. Breakfast was not free and the dining staff was not very friendly, so we decided not to eat there. The free wi-fi was handy.

Despite everything, we were happy to stay here primarily because the location was safe, clean, and convenient to everything (shopping mall, restaurants, market, subways, ATMs, etc.). If you go to the nearby supermarket, be sure to bring your own grocery bags because they charge you for using theirs. On our last day, it began to rain after we checked out. The front desk clerk was kind enough to give us a couple of umbrellas to keep as we headed to the airport.

After 2 hours on a taxi, I finally decide to go on foot to find the location. La Defence itself it's a nightmare for taxi drivers, or they are basically ignorant as to the Ruote to follow...
We started at 23.10, arrived at 01.00.
Hotel not nice. Noisy and smell of food at my floor, the first.

I recently stayed in this hotel on a trip to Paris with a group of friends. I honestly have no complaints about it at all. I found the hotel to be very quiet and the rooms very comfortable. Location wasn't the best if you are interested in doing the more touristy things around the city, but otherwise it was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a larger apartment. Two rooms, one with double bed and the other with a sofa that pulls out and becomes a double bed. Small kichenette, but very nice. Dishwasher, electric stove with two burners, small fridge, microwave oven, enough crockery and cutlery for 4, even soap for doing the dishes. Electric kettle too. A TV in each room. No english channels though.

Very clean, even the toilet ( separate) and bathroom, no hairdryer though. Is a aparthotel and cleaned maybe once a week ( not sure). We stayed for only 3 nights, so not an issue for us.

Check in and check out easy. Polite and helpful staff. Free tea/coffee in the lounge. Arranged taxi for us too.
Located away from the city centre, in the business district. We took Metro no. 1 ( yellow line) to the city centre. The metro station is very close to the hotel. Suggest to use the metro to see all the tourist attractions. Very good if one has work in the business district. The metro station for the hotel is Esplanade la defense, which is the 2nd last stop on this line.
There is a large mall as one walks towards the Grand Arch where a huge supermarket called 'Auchan ' is located. The hotel offers shopping trolleys too. One can go here by getting off at station Grand Arch la defense, or go walking from the hotel. The walk to the arch/mall is beautiful.
Stayed as afamily with two older children.

The hotel reception is hided, taxi drivers needed to run around 2 or 3 times before they could figure out where it was located. We arrived in 3 around 22.30, with a reservation and took around 15/20 minutes per person to check in, we got access to the room around 23.20. It's not an hotel, are mini apartment, clean, with also a kitchenette, fridge but no minibar, only soap, toilette papper and showergel is provided, as other things for the kitchenet. Breakfast has little variety but is good, good coffee or cappuccino, youghurt, snacks, not international breakfast, forget bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages, served between 7-10. Close to the turistic area (9 km) or few minutes with the M1 line, it's reccomended for location, price and general facilities. Personel in the reception, looks stressed and unfriendly, may be all the Parisien are, I felt uncorfotable just asking to book a cab. Rooms are for couples only, I can't see them indicated for families, there's no common areas where children can really play.
