“Pleasant friendly small hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2014

I stayed here with my daughter. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included with our room rate, and was more than adequate. The distance to the nearest metro station is only between about half and one kilometre. The rooms are small and also the bathroom, but they are big enough if you're sightseeing and are not spending all day in the room,
if you want a clean comfortable bed and a good breakfast at an affordable price its great !

The room was clean and quite, had all the necessary basics (bath and shower, hair-drier, clean towels every day), but the hotel is certainly old (it feld like some things like TV-keeper and lamps were starting to fall off the wall :) ). At the time of our stop there were some reparation works in the hall so they had plastic on the floors (and stairs) - very slippery). The deifinite plus was that there was no problems with hot water or water-pressure.
The service was friendly. Maybe for some visitors a bit far from town but the metro is near and the street of the hotel is cosy and quiet plus coffees, super-markets very close (one just across the street). PS: very nice park nearby (other side of the river, locals use it for morning jogging ) if you wish to enjoy peaceful walk.

. Definately recommendable for this price!

The staff at the hotel couldn't be nicer and helpful. They even offered us a two for one breakfast.
The hotel is a short walk from both a metro station and a velib station, as well as many supermarkets around.

we have just returned from this hotel , having spent a pleasant weekend in Paris for my son's 16th birthday. We chose this hotel as it is perfectly situated for Parc de Princes and taking in a PSG match . The staff were very pleasant and answered queries prior to our stay very promptly. The hotel is well served by the Metro station Marcel Sembat which is little over 5 mins walk away (this line will also get you to Champs Elysee) On arriving the guy on reception was polite and very helpful. The room whilst not huge was perfectly adequate for the 3 of us , the beds were spotlessly clean and the bathroom was too. Speaking of the bathroom , there was always plenty of hot water and the shower was nice and powerful too. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and the coffee was good . As somebody else has said for the price you pay and for a tourist visit this hotel is great !!

There is an info file in reception and we used the hotel's restaurant recommendation of La Padella , lovely food and reasonable. On the hotel doorstep there are plenty of grocer shops , butchers, pharmacy , bakers, chocolate shops etc

this hotel is very small hotel but it's very good if you are on low budget. the location is very good although the metro station is very far from the hotel (at the end of the hotel- marie sombat i think).
the room is very small but who want a luxurious hotel if you are in paris as a tourist you just want to sleep. not all rooms have air condition. the most recognised thing in this hotel is the stuff are extremely friendly, especially the Moroccan guy called mohamed. i would return back to this hotel again definitely

I went to Boulogne due to work issues. Yet, it was my very first time in Paris well...so we didn't really know what to expect much, but we were aware that the hotels in Paris and in its surroundings are tiny and those which are not are extremely expensive. Nonetheless, we were located in Boulogne and the company booked Timhotel for us.
First, the staff was always very nice to us. The maids, the cleaners, the waitresses, the attendants in the entry.
Second. The hotel is very well located right next to the metro station. There’s no better thing in Paris than coming back and finding the entry of your hotel right across the street of the metro. This is a great advantage and once inside the metro you go everywhere in Paris. For your planning to ride in the metro, this hotel eases everything for you. Its station is in the main line and covers Paris all the way.
Still, there are restaurants, pharmacy, McDonalds, pub, bars, the restaurant Chez Clement, with its fantastic salmon!
Third. The hotel has a lobby downstairs, where you can seat in one of the couches, or log into the net.
Breakfast was alright, you will get what you need.
My room was small, but hey, there are other tons of hotels like that in Paris, but they cost tree times more. Don’t go wrong thinking that picking one right in the middle of Paris the room will be any different or more spacious, it can be quite the same. So at Tim, at least you’ll get a fair price still.
The tv was fine, the bathroom is a bit small, but nothing to worry about.
I had a good night of sleep all the time…
I do recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling by yourself or with a companion. More people I would check the hotel if they do have larger rooms.
This hotel has everything next to it, it’s close to the metro, in a nice area of Boulogne. Go for it.

Room Tip: I guess on an higher floor
