We were very tired the day we arrived but were still offered a place at the restaurant, which would be closed for the following two days. The choice was right. We were booked a late table, at 9 pm. We waited for the table comfortably at the bar with nice Gin Tonics and Champagne. The menu is very complete, with several menu options, depending on taste and willingness to eat. My wife went for a 2 course menu and I went for a 3 course. I had both meat and fish and the dishes were exquisetely prepared, were served in coordination and catered for a very agreeable evening. What I liked most about it is the quiteness of the place...a very welcome change from the noisy Sao Paulo...and the restaurant was almost full. My wife had trout and she said it was sublime. The wine list is very large with several options from all around France - we went for a Bordeaux from the last pages of "lost bottles in our cellar" which was just fantastic...and acceptable in price too. I would definetely like to have another go. Also we ate there every day for breakfast....the bread is just too good to be true!!!
