This was a last night treat on a short summer break. From the minute you enter the hotel the staff cannot do enough to make your stay here memorable. The bar overlooks the harbour and is an ideal venue for unwinding. The restaurant boasts 1 Michelin Star but the service and food is worthy of a second. We had a mackerel starter which tasted divine with a subtle beetroot sauce. Main course was a beef fillet with bordelaise sauce and accompanying in season vegetables. Wine choice was extensive (and expensive). I chose a €45 bottle of Bourgogne which complemented the beef perfectly. The service was exquisite. A truly memorable experience. We were served breakfast in our room, delicious choice of hand made patisseries and breads with a variety of preserves. On checkout we were invited to make use of the facilities until our ferry departure later that afternoon. I can truly say that this is the best single night experience we have had in all our years of travelling in France and look forward to making an excuse for a retuen.

Le Brittany delivers along all critical dimensions, according to best Relais & Châteaux standards.

The building has a very special charme. Very thick walls, a bit dark - but then this is a very authentic old building, with nice decoration touches and a very modern wellness/ swimming pool area.

Rooms were large and well decorated, sleep quality was very good (it was just a bit windy in Roscoff during the nights...). If there is one small thing that could be improved, is that the rooms were not prepared for the night while we were at dinner...

But apart this, service is faultless. You can see the staff is trying to read your needs from your eyes even before you express them.

The cuisine is excellent and creative... provided you like red onions and artichockes. The ingredients are all from the region, the menu card even has a list with the names of the farmers and fishers who provide them.

Overall a very pleasant stay, we can only recommend it to other people looking for a classy and special accomodation in the region.

Breakfast is what stood out for me. Far Bretton and local brioches, little tastes of cheese and other local delicacies. We dined one evening and it was fabulous, though not cheap! The hotel has a Scottish baronial feel to it. A big staircase, celtic music, animal sculptures and assorted arts and crafts. The situation is splendid, with a view to the sea and Roscoff. We came off the ferry and stayed while exploring Roscoff for the day. We decided to book it for the night before of our trip back and I was very glad to be able to enjoy the fab Continental breakfast again!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Le Brittany for 1-evening. It's really too bad we didn't have more time to stay because Roscoff turned out to be a lovely little town. Our room was very large and had a private terrace, albeit facing the neighboring apartment building, but, it was very private. Unfortunately it rained that afternoon/evening, so we couldn't use it! The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I spent a Week-end in Roscoff with my wife, we went a few times to a very charming hotel on the port but this time i was looking for a higher ranked place. We spent a wonderul week-end there, the Room was very cosy and comfortable, the restaurant is absolutely amazing, it has a michelin star but it would almost deserve two regarding the quality, presentation and originality of the food. The products and the inspiration is typical from Britanny with a very modern and stylish touch. The pool and the spa look brand new and are very comfortable, with a very nice staff. In conclusion it was a fabulous week-end with an exceptional value for money.
