We were a bit nervous that this auberge at the end of the port in Roscoff might be a touristy place but on this Thursday in late January couldn't have been further from the truth. The restaurant is modern and busy, the 3 lithe male waiters moving quickly amongst the closely packed tables. My husband and I each had the weekday lunch formula of entree + plat (or plat + dessert) for 13.5E. My warm goat cheese salad was excellent and came with really good baked roma tomatoes, while my husbands tasty rillette (flavour of the day was 'lapin') was also served with a similar tasty salad. Our mains were also very good - plat du jour of veal in mushroom sauce and pork chop - both served with potatoes and a small salad. The restaurant was busy with couples, families, and co-workers, and service was mostly friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant. A great lunch spot in Roscoff and very good value for the quality of food we thought.
