Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in July. The hotel was a bit dated despite the so called total renovation. However the location was fantastic right on the promenade with numerous restaurants and the beach was great (€10 for 2people). The bedroom we were first shown was dingy and right next to a lift and breakfast room so we moved to room through the back which was better. Be aware that not all the rooms have balconies or views as most are on the ground floor and our room looked out onto a curtain! The room was relatively clean, great shower but bed quite uncomfortable. Staff were very helpful and gave a great restaurant recommendation-sa playa. Breakfast was great.

Overall location, staff and food very good but rooms could do with an upgrade as currently worse than some hostels I've stayed in.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July. The room looked out at the back of the hotel and was a bit art deco in style, although a bit basic. The bed was very uncomfy and the bathroom was looking a bit dated, with mould in the shower. The breakfast was very good though, with fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. The staff on reception were very helpful and gave us a very good restaurant recommendation, Sa Playa, on the Promenade, which was excellant. Also if you are a hotel guest here then you get a cheaper rate at the ''Narciso'' section on the beach. Overall the choice of hotels in this area is a bit limited and they all seem quite expensive. This didnt feel like value for money though.
