Wanted to taste the wines of Umbria, and settled on Enoteca Oberdan based upon recommendations from locals. We tried Orvieto whites and several reds, and wrapped up with a nice grappa. Yes, a 3 hour lunch! We sat outside on the terrace, and I ordered the Speck d'oca (salad with a smoked duck speck) and the pasta with asparagus that other reviewers have noted. Our server was David (very nice guy, helped with the wines). Afterward we went inside and bought some wines from the owner/manager, and she helped with the prices given we'd eaten there too. What would I have loved that I didn't get? Maybe a tapas style menu so that you could try a broader variety different flavors with the wines.
