Friendly stuff ,high quality o f appatments,,clean rooms,nice bar,restaurant and swimming pool,close to Livorno,close to Pisa ,close to Tirrenia

Stayed here for 2 seperate days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great price and the hotel itself is very nice, nice apartment style rooms with kitchen. Internet is free for only one hour and charged after this, which is not clearly mentioned on the booking. Beach is located right next to the hotel. Surrounding location is not that great, having to drive past some smelly industrial buildings to get there but rest of the area is lovely.

Great place to stay with family and a good price. Would recommened and stay here again.

We chose the place because we wanted a beach resort close to Pisa airport that could offer a room/apartment for five, and with those specs this was about the only show in town. The resort worked very well for us, there was plenty of beach and sand and sea, which we wanted. There was also a PADI dive shop within the resort, where our daughter could do her Open Water in a few days.
The room was actually very spacious, but not very cozy, and not a place where you would want to spend time in. It did have a fridge and cooking facilities, though.
We did not eat in the hotel restaurant - one look in the door to the cafeteria -like offering was enough. We did eat a few times in the beach bar (separately operated), which we thought was quite OK and had a pretty extensive menu. All other meals we had in Tirrenia, which is 4 KM away (therefore car needed), and has many good restaurants.
There was a reasonably priced Internet connection, but it was only available in the guest lounge, and even there it was very spotty.
Overall, we would recommend it if you know what you are looking for. If you expect the inland Tuscany type of experience, or a more luxurious hotel setting, you would indeed be disappointed.

I was apprehensive staying here as some of the reviews have been pitiful, but with 4 kids getting family type hotel rooms is difficult. We are expat Aussies living in Siena Italy and needed to do some business in Livorno. The location is not pure Tuscany, but you would know this by looking at the map! The room was fine, clean, tidy and everything worked fine. The aircon looked brand new and there were 3 units one in each of the bed rooms. The beds were very comfy and I was surprised to see that we had about 12 towels in our room, usually we need to ask for more! We went to the beach there which is okay. There are nicer beaches further down south such as Castiglione Della Peschina but the water was warm and there is sand! The water is not always clear here though due to the winds. The location is not overly pretty. We travelled with our car so it was easy for us to drive a few kms for the supermarcato and to go to restaurants. We did not use the pool or the restaurant so I am unable to comment on them.
