lovely small hotel , very clean well run , about 15 mins stroll to town but bus stop outside . Owner friendly and helpfull . The beaches are quite expensive there is a good traditional trattoria round the corner .Would recomend this hotel to anyone

Very nice and quiet hotel. Not far away from a beach but all are private beaches (in season you need to pay for entry) ... but who will lay on a beach in Tuscany.
Rooms big enough, everyday housekeeping (new towels, making bed, cleaning). Very nice staff (no problem to get glasses, corkscrew etc). They are speeking english. They have a bus shutle to take you from/on airport.
Only thing in minus were the brekfast, too monotonous (ham, chease, crosounts), but great capucino and late.
I recomend it as a base to visit Tuscany, close to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence and Cinque Terre

This place will provide you with beautiful memories and you may want to return again. It's an idyllic, charming little hotel that is warm in hospitality. It's situated in a local neighborhood, not a commercial development. The area is peaceful and attractive. The establishment sits on a private property surrounded with lush greens and a sweet perfumed row of jasmine bushes. As a guest, you get the impression that you have been invited by an Italian family.

The water is mere minutes away. The nearby coastline (beach) is very nice. You can easily take a relaxing stroll there and around the town of Tirrenia. It's not that big, but worth exploring. Pisa is a short distance away as well as the town of Lucca. If you have a car, then you can access them with no problem.

The room was clean, bright and airy. The decor and furnishings were beach-side themed with a simple touch. One of the perks is that you get a french door that leads out to your own private balcony where you can sit and be in awe of nature. The other perk is that it included a bathroom that you didn't have to share with anyone.
