Relais Regina Giovanna is a farmhouse that is being restored to make a lovely small hotel approx 3 kilometres from Sorrento. Set in its own grounds with fruit and fig trees lovely and quiet. As soon as we arrived we knew we had made a good choice. Other sites I have viewed do not do the hotel justice. Our bedroom very nice, large with stone floors and wood beams. Although there is no pool access to a small private beach was in process. A good breakfast, nice staff. You can walk to nearby Marina di Puolo by a footpath from the top of the hotel driveway, (without going on to the main road) where there is a small sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a few places to eat and drink. A pleasant litlle spot to relax and spend a day without the car.
