“Great Place, Bon rapport qualité prix”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

The hotel is very nice , is a family run property , and they look after every single detail for you pleasant stay. The go out their way to give you all the informations that you will need to get around, the rooms are big ( at least the one I stayed) very clean , they offer free wifi , Free breakfast , (great american coffe) The hotel is near the train station , that will offer you easy access to Sorrento , Pompeii and surrounding areas . You can also walk to Sorrento ,if you feel like taking a good walk after breakfast , it is about 20 minutes walk ( depending on your walking speed) . I will stay at this hotel again , and I recommend it . Nice , clean and superb customer service. What a find ! Bon rapport qualité prix.

Easiest way to summarise was: I would stay again in a minute. Others have said most of the points so I will just confirm their accuracy. Paolo et al -immensely helpful. We've travelled a lot so don't need too much assistance, but we got it anyway. It was very helpful regarding bus times, train times, routes etc. Breakfast was great. It was a terrific room at a very good price. Others have said a 20 min walk_ we do a lot of walking and that is optimistic. I'd say a 30 min walk is more accurate. Either way it is not too far. San't Agnello is actually a nice area in its own right. Best bit of advice we got was to eat at Trattoria Da Emilia......loved this setting. Got a beer from the bar in the hotel one evening and just sat on the terrace.

If and when I Return to Sorrento, this wll be my first choice.

Room Tip: Third floor rear facing could see the sea....lovely.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We really liked the area. It felt less touristy then Sorrento but still close to everything. The rooms were cute and the breakfast was really good. The best thing was the staff! They were so helpful and helped us book bus tickets as the website was in Italian. The hotel is a close walk to heaps of restaurants by the sea and you can catch the train or bus to Sorrento quite easily.

So helpful, the advice and help you get from the staff are worth its weight in gold. Young couple on a budget, found this place through its great reviews. If you plan to spend all of your time in a hotel this might not be the place for you. But if you want somewhere to lay your head and be near everything then it's perfect. We walk everywhere but the train station is only a few minutes down the road if you are not a walker. Again can't emphasise enough how much it has made the trip getting all of the advice we did from the staff here.

A short walk from the Sant Agnelo station which is 1 stop away from Sorento. A brisk 20 minutes walk with get you to Sorento. Sant Agnelo itself is a charming little town with some excellent restaurants and a great view of the sea. The owners were helpful and accomodating with helpful information on where to go and what to see. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the lemon grove. Bathroom was clean and hot water was plentiful. Wifi is free and pretty good. Breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs. A selection of pastry, fruits, yogurt, cheese and coffee/tea was available for breakfast. The guy in charge of the cafe (can't remember his name) was wonderful and made a great cup of coffee.Highly recommended

I stayed here recently for a few nights in June. I couldn't fault it. The owners were charming and helpful. The hotel spotless the rooms basically comfortable. The breakfast was a selection of cakes, bread, fruit , yogurt , orange juice.,ham, cheese and coffee.Very filling and delicious.
The location was perfect very close to bus stops and train station, and a twenty minute walk into Sorrento. There are lots of table and chairs to sit outside amonst the trees and a large roof terrace for sunbathing on the loungers. It's blissfully quiet.
Any single travellers would feel very safe and secure here.
I would certainly stay here again and hope to do so. Great value for money.

Room Tip: The rooms on the 3rd floor have direct access to roof terrace from the corridor. There are plenty o...
