Location is perfect. Boot room is adjacent to the hotel and kit was good quality - certainly good enough for the "intermediate" Page family. You can fall onto the magic carpet up to the Clotes lift from this Hotel and Hire shop. One of our party is not adventurous with food and every evening Caroline would come and discuss what they could make different for her whilst we stuck with the menu which we really enjoyed. I think food is so subjective that unless it is of a poor quality it isn't worth commenting. If the hotel is reluctant to find something one does like - that is a different story. I don't think Caroline and her team could have done any more for us during our stay in terms of food comfort advice and help and for that reason alone I would give Stella top marks. Plenty of hot water, plenty of food, warm and comfortable with enough space, reasonably priced and perfectly positioned. What else does anyone want for a mid priced ski holiday? Keep up the good work Caroline and I would urge anyone who isn't happy about any aspect of their stay to engage with Caroline whilst they are there - seems fairer to give her a chance to make things better at the time?
