We spent a happy week at this friendly hotel at the end of May. I must say I was a little disappointed that we didn't have a lake view however we got to like the view of the mountains and hills from our 4th floor room. The balcony was quite small and the fittings in the bathroom were cramped but good quality there was a noisy electric motor running for long periods. Apart from those little niggles we were impressed with everything else. The restaurant provided a large choice of breakfast options and the evening main course menu had good alternatives the afternoon tea and cakes also did. The staff were excellent especially the head waiter Miguel who helped me use FaceTime by connecting with his family. He offered to move our table away from a pillar and sat us in the corner of the room, we were glad we didn't have to share with another couple on a table for four and have to make small talk every night. The area and hotel is a place we would be happy to return to which is something we haven't done before.
