This was probably the best spaghetti I have had in any restaurant since I came to live in Italy 7 years ago. Cooked to absolute perfection with just the slightest hint of al dente. The sea bass was excellent as well and, again, the vegetables cooked to perfection. Half way through dinner there were a few drops of rain and the waiter was like a cat, leaping into action to ensure that the umbrella would protect us. This hotel restaurant is in a nice location with good views, situated on a narrow pedestrian slip road down to the Marina di Praia beach. Charming staff and an added delight was the quiet sound of opera music floating from the kitchens (Turandot: Nessun Dorma). This is a very well run ship.
