The hotel is away from the crush, but near enough for a pleasant walk to town. The staff was so, so friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay was provided. The manager even offered us a large apartment outside the hoel because it was available an fit our party of 4 friends better.

Definitely would return here and recommend the Reginella to others. Friendly counts when you are away from home and this staff was excited to be friendly.

Room Tip: Ask about the apartment for larger parties.

We stayed here for 4 nights early September & it was a great choice! It is a family run hotel providing that personal touch to your stay. The rooms are clean and very spacious and with nice furnishings. The bathroom is also large and clean. Importantly there is a lift to take your baggage up to your room as there are enough stairs in Positano :-) Our room had a balcony which provided a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of Positano. The hotel provides free wifi.
All the staff were friendly spoke good English, and were very helpful advice. They recommended restaurants and then rang and arranged pick up and then drop off.
The breakfast is simple, fresh and tasty. They will make you a fresh espresso, cappuccino etc.
I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanted to stay in Positano.

We stayed here for 4 very hot nights in August. Our room had a little balcony and the view was just spectacular, it was a good size room and provided us with everything we needed. The Internet speed, breakfast, customer service were all excellent. The location of the hotel was also good and was easy to walk to the beach or one of the many excellent restaurants in Positano. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My family of nine and I totally enjoyed this hotel and the owners Tony, Rosa and their son Enzo, along with the rest of their friendly helpful staff. The rooms were very nice and spacious with views of the water. It was a very fair price to pay for this hotel which even included a lovely breakfast every morning With homemade lattes and hot chocolate to order and more.
We were totally thrilled with the location and right next door to a fabulous restaurant and amazing shop called Sweet Positano which has the most adorable lemoncello decorated bottles and much much more.
The owner Tony was on the phone making us reservations for tours and dinners plus finding out the weather and giving his great recommendation . He couldn't been more cordial ,professional and well-known in the area. ( The photos on the website at the shiny yellow and pink bedspreads did concern me a bit ..but none of our four rooms we rented had them :) )
You will be happy you stayed here!! Positano is just amazing ...the best city on the Amalfi coast. ( You may not want to drive around there but do try to get to the town of Ravella....) Hope this helps.

Room Tip: The top floor has the best view and there's even an apartment you can rent that's very nice...

I'm normally used to 4 or 5* hotels and Reginella was up to my standards and for a reasonable price.
The room was nice, clean and spacious. The balcony with a small table and 2 chairs had spectacular view on Positano and wonderful to sit on.
The location couldn't be better with a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in Positano just around the corner.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The Reginella exceeded expectations. Tony the owner makes suggestions that are well worth listening to. The hotel is well located just far enough from the centre to make it a reasonable walk.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, there is a little bar that is pleasant to have a pre dinner drink in. The rooms a really good go for the third floor if you can but we were on the 2nd with a balcony which was great.
Would definitely go back.

Room Tip: 3rdfloor with balcony first choise, but any room with a balcony is good.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 young adults) stayed in the 3 bed apartment which provided us with ample space and lovely clean accommodation. The sea views from all three rooms was absolutely beautiful and the twinkling lights of Positano late at night was unforgettable. We enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with plenty of options. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Reginella.

Room Tip: The 3 bed apartment is perfect for families, plenty of room with a good sized bathroom and shower. T...
