We had requested a Jr. Suite, seaview room on a high floor, but ended up on the 2nd floor with a patio that was 18" deep. Nevertheless, the view was spectacular from the bed! The restaurant was lovely, and as others have said, Guiseppe and Lucia couldn't have been nicer. And having the bus stop right out the front door was great! But, for a room that cost $500 a night it should have been better than a Best Western. The concierge services were limited (they were reluctant to make recommendations) and, worse, some of the information given wasn't accurate. We were also informed during checkout that we needed to pay 280 euros - in cash - for a driver they had arranged for us earlier in the week. After some discussion and a call to the manager, they agreed to take our credit card. Though the staff was pleasant and attentive, not all were fluent in English which made communication a bit more difficult. The internet, which we had to pay for, was intermittent; the drain in the shower was clogged, and the bottom fell out of a drawer in the dresser. None of this ruined our trip, but if you're expecting what you'd get in the U.S. for that amount of money, be aware that this isn't it.
