“Best Kept Secret...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

This is a special little place. Great quiet beach, well organized set up of chairs and umbrella, access to changing room/bathrooms - all for 8 euro per person (well worth it - very nice beach chaise loungers). It was one of our best days during our vacation! Super relaxing and easy day. Had a great lunch at this family owned, open air beach restaurant - amazingly fresh, delicous food. Great job by Peppe (great English!)- made us feel very welcome and comfortable for the entire day! This is a nicer, smaller, quieter beach with warm, clean water. Felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves! Attended last week of September, temps were 80-85 deg F, Awesome beach day!

This is a great beach location, especially if staying at Refugio Degli Dei - its right at the bottom of the stairs!

Note: You will need water shoes at all the beaches in Positano -they are rocky pebbles and can be a little rough on your bare feet.

“Simply amazing!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

Whilst in Positano we had the pleasure of discovering Bagni d'Arienzo and this is definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The experience begins with a relaxing boat trip from Positano to the beach itself. There you are met by Peppe, the owner, who takes care of your every need. The beach is clean, intimate and simply delightful - a feeling of exclusivity. The restaurant is perched on the beach with amazing views. The food is amazing and fresh and the bruchetta is the best. We celebrated a birthday there and Peppe and his team made the day very special and unforgettable! This is a special place with special people set in paradise - we will definitely return for years to come!

“Real great food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

At the small beach of Arienzo. Excellent seafood. It is more or less just open air seating with a few tables. Family owned with a great view.

“Simply Excellent!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

we go to Positano since 1999 and Bagni d'Arienzo Beach is always a certainty!!
*Beach is quiet and clean. You can reach it by boat driven by Adriano directly from Positano or by stairs on the road from Positano to Praiano.
*Thanks to a deep spring, sea water is always clean and fresh.
*Atmosphere is perfect: bar, restaurant and beach are run by Peppe with his whole family in a real professional way
*Perfect balance price/quality
*But the main reason we go there (this year for 10 days!) is for the food: Peppe’s wife is just the best chef we know (and we travel a lot around the world !). You can taste real Italian /Neapolitan pasta (Sorrento Gnocchi, Lemon Ravioli, Fish Spaghetti…), marvelous fresh fish, good wine.. even salad (green, tomato and rocket) is just perfect!!
BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!! Don't change anything..

“Perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

We ate here most days while in Positano, the food is excellent. All the amalfi classics, spagetthi vongole, cozze, or a bit of both. Want it spiced up with a bit of chilli just ask. Great Raviloil and fresh cooked fish too.The Zucchini flowers were a knock out also. Nothing was too much trouble for this family team, who managed to keep cool and calm making sure everyone got fed and looked after, even at the busiest of times during the hottest part of the day. The beach itself is great with a perfect bay for swimming surrounded by the beautiful Amalfi coast line which provides some natural shade if needed. See you next year...
