"Welcome to our home" is the way Gio introduced us to this beautiful palazzo that has been in his family for generations. The hotel is situated near a central plaza at the top of a very steep and winding road. (We admit to getting lost and having Gio come find our car and lead us up to our little parking space). The rooms are comfortable and unique and the hospitality is fabulous. We awoke on May Day at 7am to the sounds of a marching band that wound its way through the streets, waking up the town for the annual town celebration and marketplace. It was a treat to wander along behind them as they wove through all the winding lanes. Don't miss the Talosa wine shop/Etruscan tomb and make sure you dine at La Briciola.
