I am concerned that you replied to a fellow traveller with Great Rail Journeys that no-one else reported a lack of hot water. That is just not true.
1st. complaint Tues.28th. Sept. 8a.m. Again at 4.30p.m.
Two further trips within the next hour to reception as I had no way of contacting them by telephone since there was no hotel information within the room.
I was told that it was because earlier risers from another tour group had used all the hot water. I do not consider this to be an adequate answer.
