A very good rustic, value for money hotel. Good location between the airport & Venice. simple & value for money bus ride into venice just around the corner. A really good breakfast. Would recommend.
Only down side is that there are NO lifts & rooms are upstairs.

Room tip: Both the rooms our party had were very good.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Simple breakfast included every morning. There's nothing to complain about given the price tag. Staff is helpful, especially when our flight was delayed and we landed at 2am to check in!!

Venice is only 10 min away by the new tram line. The tram stop is 3 minx walk away with a supermarket next door.

Would I come back if I have a bigger budget? Probably not. But for what I paid in is very good and I certainly can't get the same quality for the same price in Venice city centre!

Picked this Hotel after reading reviews for visiting Venice.

5 star service for a third of the price of staying in Venice, Great.

It is a basic hotel, but what makes it special is the helpfulness of the staff.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and after a day of walking around Venice you sleep well.

Getting into the city is easy 5 minute walk to the tram stop 1.5 euros each way, ticket purchased at tobacco shop next to tram stop, or if staying for a few days purchase a ticket that covers your stay.

Asked Alex for recommendation for eating locally and was directed to a excellent restaurant.

Breakfast in hotel great value and food enough to keep you going all day.

Thank you Alex and staff for an enjoyable stay, you made our stay a pleasure.

Extremely corteous and informative receptionists always ready to help, clean rooms and better than the average Italian breakfasts make up for the small size of rooms ( really quite common for Italy ). Bathroom was modern, had a nice hot shower, very compact. A shelf to place toiletry bags and a couple of hooks for hanging more towels or clothing while showering would be a welcome addition.
.
We had a room at the back, I am a very sensitive sleeper and had no problems. Only one night we had neighbours checking in very late with a cranky child, we read a while until things got quiet.

Room tip: Ask for a room at the back / facing the courtyard if you want a quiet room

Hotels in Venice were out of our budget so, we were instructed about Mestre and was indeed a very good option.

This is a basic hotel, well located, close to a bus stop that can connect you in 10 minutes with the mythical Venice.

Thr staff is friendly, the food is good.
