Come da lei ben descritto nella recensione , tra la sua prenotazione ed il suo arrivo sono passate poco più di due ore.
Il cliente che doveva partire ha avuto problemi di salute, chiedendomi di restare un giorno in più.
Al momento del suo arrivo ne ero stata appena messa al corrente.
Considerando il periodo, settimana di Ferragosto, le ho subito trovato una sistemazione in hotel 3 stelle con le nostre stesse caratteristiche.
Il mio atteggiamento non è stato di freddezza ma di disagio nei suoi confronti,
consapevole del problema che le stavo procurando, anche se decisamente risolvibile.
Il nostro fine ultimo è la soddisfazione del cliente .
