“Apres ski relax zone”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

It seems to be a habit to come here after skiing to have a coctail (e.g. Billini) =) Sun is shining and you can seat outside enjoying long-awaited spring and having a rest from saturated skiing.
In the evening you can also come here for supper in restaraunt or to spend time in the bar. It is a little more expensive then others places.

“Ideal Pit Stop for Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

Cantina del Suisse was an excellent lunch stop serving food from a snacks and specials menu. Food from both menus is very good and portions are generous. An ideal venu to refuel ready for the afternooon on the piste. Be prepared to queue for a table as this place is very popular and deservedly so. Prices are reasonable at 15-20Euro per head for two courses a beer and a coffee.

“It was a gastronomical dream!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2012

I was been there 4 time and the place it's really nice, with a Alpine tast. The staff is extremelly professional and so kind...they are pampering you!!! There is good music but the real symphony is the food! Excellent the quality, great presentation , marvellous taste! Try the marinated arctic char with celeriac...it's fantastic!!! ( I tried all, and all was so gorgeous!)But don't forget the beef tartare...it's made as the best 5 stars international restaurants! The wines selection is formidable...ask to Emilio( the kind owner) to bring you in a Italian wine trip in his cellar and let's me see...I loved brunello...but also Trentino wines are a nice surprise..
All the desserts are good, but the Pistachio's is....yummy!!!!
