“Modern, clean and very good service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

We had an enjoyable one week stay at the hotel. The hotel presents a good combination of good service, great food (we took the Half board option) with an elaborate dinner and a very varied breakfast, good spa facilities, covered parking and nicely designed rooms.
Having the shuttle was a great a perk and the drivers would pick us up within 5 minutes max from any lift station upon calling. But the favourite perk were the nibbles at 6pm at the bar...
Not many cons to mention - kids were allowed into the "relax" room, which is a library style room with couches and a fireplace, which made the room a little less relaxy.
Note that the hotel is located a 7-10 minutes walk from the center of town. It is a lovely walk, but a walk nonetheless.

Our second year at the hotel and we think things had improved. The half board option is well worth it. The breakfast is more extensive and varied, freshly made coffee and eggs are an option, more staff and the dinners were even better than we recalled last year. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned daily. Satellite channels are adequate for evenings after ski. The kids menu is basic but provides enough variety for a one week period. The bar provides free snacks at pre-dinner drinks time, a good spot to socialise. The rooms are a good size, hanging space and lots of holes for all the ski clothes...... the pool and sauna was never too busy even in the school holiday period, its a nice experience to have the sauna area free of children. The ski equipment room and shuttle service is fantastic and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a pick up when we called the number provided. Being the school holidays the ski room was a little crowded, no one wanting to take advantage of the second room on the lower floor but other than that one small issue we cannot think of anything we didn't enjoy at the hotel.

Room Tip: The triple room had a large double and a single sofa bed....

Really good service and a modern hotel. Shuttle service to the slopes more than made up for the rather lengthy distance to the slopes: never needed to wait more than 5 min for the Shuttle. Real luxury.
The SPA was nice, the only let-down was that the kids were not allowed to the sauna, but only to the pool.
I can highly recommend!
Tosi hyvä hotelli ja kuljetus rinteille oli mahtavan toimiva. Hyvä palvelu muutenkin.

This hotel is very comfortable, rooms clean and spacious, staff very helpful and service is good. The restaurant is good but possibly too pretentious, the food was good but towards the end of the week we were crying out for something less elaborate. The pasta dishes were superb!
The shuttle bus to and from the lifts worked excellently and is very important in a resort like Madonna where most hotels are a long way from lifts.
Other members of our party rated the spa and there is a nice hotel bar for aperitifs etc
Take a trip over to Folgarida for half a day its worth it for the blue azurri run.
All in all an excellent holiday and can fully recommend hotel.

Room Tip: room 201 large with nice balcony

Very good service, very good food 4 dish dinner, excellent desert, very good local wine for reasonable prices, however very nice room, I recommend to take room up to 3 floor, 4th is really too hot and not air enough, Very good service for children, excellent ski shuttle bus services , you can go where you want to go...

Room Tip: As below I recommend floor 1 room

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children.
The hotel ambiance was great. The spa, bar, relax room with fireplace are very nice. The breakfast is same everyday but it is satisfying. The dinner menu seems spectacular but the meals unfortunately are tasteless .
The small town is very attractive, there are very nice shops, bars and restaurants.
The skiing area is excellent. There are several mountains with new and rapid lifts.
I highly recommend this hotel and the ski mountain.

We stayed for 6 nights, combining work and skiing. What a great destination! The hotel has spacious rooms suitable when we had a lot of skiing equipment. Clean and modern, delicate bathroom. Breakfast is very good, not only coffee with continental sweets. Good cheese, hams, eggs, fruit and juice. Just what you need before hitting the slopes. We did not have full pension, one dinner at the hotel was enough. There are some good places to eat in town too. We had little time to use the spa, must do that next time. There is a small pool, aromatic showers, sauna and steam bath - great ambience! Chalet del Brenta is great, I LIKE!
