We have just come back from a week in Sicily and found the hotel to be very pleasant. Although the hotel was only offerering limited facilities, as advised by the tour operator, there was two swimming pools open and one restaurant and bar.

Check in was seamless and friendly and the hotel room (garden room) was fine. We were half board, and by the end of the week we were a little tired of the food, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. La Spelonca (sp?) was lovely on Via Recanati.

As we were leaving, most of the facilities were beginning to open and they had entertainment starting.

Having not been to Sicily before myself and my party were really looking forward to this holiday. When we arrived at the hotel the staff were efficient and very helpful and within 10 minutes of arriving we were in our villette. This was very comfortable with TV, phone air con - fridge and safe all at no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard - new bedlinen and towels every other day unless otherwise requested.

The food in the restaurant of a morning was exceptional with a choice of both hot and cold and suitable for every diet. Of an evening the food was again exceptional and varied in choice. The deserts were something to die for but plenty of fruit for those who could resist. THE MOST SURPRISING WAS THAT WITH DINNER THE WINE AND WATER WERE FREE WITH A CHOICE OF RED, WHITE OR ROSE AND STILL OR SPARKLING WATER.

The hotel complex had something for everyone and even though the weather was a little indifferent with rain each day for a short while the daily temperature was still hot.

The free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the cable car for Tiormina was great and we experienced this a few times. This also allowed you to visit Isola Bella which was only a short walk from the cable car

Overall we had a great stay and would certainly recommend the Naxos resort to both families and couples.

Stayed here for a week in August - very, very hot! We were a wedding party of 7 adults and 6 children aged 18 months to 8 years. We absolutely loved the Naxos Beach hotel and found lots to do for all ages.
Food was excellent, buffet style with loads of choice. Accommodation in Garden Villettes was fine - cleaned daily, excellent (and free) air conditioning, some outside space, with a bonus view of Mount Etna thrown in. There is a free shuttlebus to/from lovely Taormina 6 times a day.
The owners clearly take great pride in the hotel. There are always staff around keeping the gardens and public areas spic and span. We found all of the staff to be very professional and friendly and nearly all of them spoke English.
The (free) childrens' clubs were very good and the nightime entertainment was always fun, and sometimes spectacular.
Going in August presents its problems as it is extremely hot (up to 43 degrees!) and the area is busy. But it does mean that you get the full entertainment programme for the kids and this is well worth considering.
Perhaps not the place for a couple to enjoy a quiet, sophisticated break, but great for families and groups. And Taormina is a beautiful place for a wedding!!

We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at the Naxos Beach Resort. I have to say that after several dodgy holidays in the past, I always check out the hotels on trip advisor first and we weren't disappointed with this one! It has everything and the food is first class. We stayed in the villetes which are spotlessly clean and well maintained and yes, the walls are paper thin but we requested a top floor room on booking and that cut out a lot of noise from above...

If you have young children, the resort has a very well managed and equiped baby/mini club and the team of child minders seem lovely and look to really enjoy what they are doing.

The entertainment team are very young and very glamorous and all look as though they love working there, although the evening entertainment left a lot to be desired and we didn't find it worth staying in for preferring to get the bus up to beautiful Taormina after dinner instead.

We would have no problems recommending this hotel.
