Very well centered Hotel, right on the beach, close to bus stop and within walking distance to the beautiful promenade of Giardini Naxos where a lot of good places where one can eat at good prices. The hotel staff especially the front office personnel are very helpful and the cleanliness gives honour to the room attendants.

We booked a king room for New Year's Eve and were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. We then indulged in the New Years' Eve dinner and it was perfection plus. The food was abosuletly superb , delicious and served hot at our table The live entertainement was excellent playing a mixture of Italian and international songs for everybody to dance to, including the children.
We stayed in suite 6134 and had a balcony with deck chairs facing the beach. Superb!

All the staff are professional and calm.(this was 31 Dec and the hotel was packed) as well as being multilingual.
The spa facilities are top class and in perfect working order, the only downside being that we were not told the use of the indoor pool was 20Euros per person, which was disappointing as we looked forward to a swim.

Highly recommended., but beware breakfast is typically Sicilian...lots of sweets!!.

I, stayed in room 5141.It would be unfair to pick one member of staff out
for praise, from the moment I, drew up in the taxi, which incidently the
hotel arranged from catania airport,till my departure time,all the staff
ticked the right boxes,one member of staff said to me is everything to
your satisfaction, to which I, replied yes, she then went on to say, we
want your stay to be a comfortable one,everyone seemed to have pride
in the hotel,this hotel is in a marvellous position , local transport very
cheap clean and modern, single trip to cantania airport or from to the
hotel 7E90 euro's, this hotel provided me with a better holiday , than my
cruise did in June of this Year

Beautiful Sicily, beautiful HIlton! This is a definite return to place for us. As Europe HIltons go, we found this one to be one of the best. Hotel is large and open,on the beach with beautiful views. Front desk staff (Alessandro and Sonya?) were wonderful.
As a Honors, we were upgraded to a "junior suite". When we arrived at our corner suite I was very pleasantly surprised....
This was the most beautiful Hilton suite we stayed in,large 2 rooms with wrap around terrace, in addition to separate terrace off living area. Each night a treat was left for us. The place was so beautiful, I almost did not want to leave!
Breakfast was one of the best, wide variety and great service.
However, then we would not have experienced the wonder and beauty of Sicily. I also must mention the housekeeping staff who were so pleasant and did a great job.
You can get a taxi or bus to Taormina, Don't miss this.
Our only regret is we did not stay longer. This Hilton was wonderful.
