We stumbled across this restaurant as when passing by it ws busy with a good atmosphere. On arrival the waiter reassured us there would be good food although we were a little perplexed by the absence of a menu. I decided to have the meat option and my boyfriend initially chose the seafood. Wine, water and antipasti swiftly arrived. I had a huge platter of meats and bread and the seafood platter had an array of unusual offerings. Whilst tasty, my boyfriend asked if he could change to the meat option and the waiter was very obliging and even offered him a meat antipasti. Tasty pastas, lasagne, pork steak, beef burger, rice and jacket potatoes followed and we were certainly well fed. Cake, lemon liquor and coffee finished the evening. The owner was very hospitable and personally came over to greet us during the meal. We initially expected the evening to be costly but ended up tipping well due to the excellent value. I would definitely return this evening if I wasn't still full from last night!
