It's a high level restaurant where you will have a great food experience!
The service is accurate and from my point of view the fish is cooked and served in a superb way!!
If you are staying even for few hours in Forte dei Marmi try it! You will be amazed!

Be careful what you eat!, The sauce on the lamb made it inedible .The sauce is bitter and even if you send it back untouched you will be fully charged for the food you have rejected because as they told us"you did order it".
The frenetic staff rushing by throughout the evening, presumably in an effort to get the food to the table one or two second sooner added to our indigestion. All in all a very poor but expensive experience. Our faces are ones Lorenzo will not be seeing anytime soon!

Forte dei Marmi has become Moscow on the Mediterranean. its a delightful place; furiously trendy with the upper middle classes in the summer, and pretty depressing in the winter. It is a miracle that Lorenzo continues to work so well in an environment where he could get away with so much less (and ask for so much more). The decor is bright and tasteful; modern and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food will knock your socks off. Very very very fresh seafood, served raw if you want, plus some interesting dishes which all display real skill and technique. Everything is cooked just right, resulting in very clean, fresh and lively dishes. No overload here. Real finesse, in the European sense. The wine list is excellent too, with a broad range of very good producers from across Italy. Plenty of expensive labels if you need that, but also lots of reasonable bottles of high quality if you prefer. it would be a shame to miss Lorenzo if you have 200 euros to spend on a dinner for two.

Amazing fish, superlatively fresh and cooked with such imagination and skill! It is an absolutely first-class restaurant well deserving of its Michelin rating and you should make a point of going there if you are anywhere near it. Well worth the trip!
