We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. This really was a lovely family run hotel. They really looked after everything in a very professional way. The pool was immaculate. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was the best we've had in Italy. Will certainly return.

This is a really good family run hotel. Set in a lovely area, within easy access of the beach and main shopping area. The family and who run the hotel were extremely helpful and professional. The food is fantastic and the restarant service very good. There is a lovely pool set in a pretty garden. Many Italian families stay here, which is alway a good sign in our opinion. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Forte Ddi Marmi.

We stayed as a familly with 2 children (8 and 7 yeras old) at this Hotel and absolutely everything, from the warm welcome, the really clean and spacy (airconditioned) rooms, the excellent Italian superior food (great service by Diana, Massimo and Domenico), the friendly and helpful Hotel Management team contributed to make a really relaxed and fun family vacation. We have seen many things in Italy, this is a gem, a strong recommendation if you want to enjoy your vacation with your children in a clean, safe and enjoyable environment.

As this was an added side trip on our visits to Florence and Rome, we were looking for 2 rooms for one night. August is a busy travel month in Europe, many hotels along the coast were requiring stays of at least 3 nights and many had no rooms. Hotel Le Pleiadi was very accommodating and let us have two rooms for one night. The excellent service continued when we actually arrived.

The location is good; close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We were there is the hottest time of year and had been traveling in other parts of Europe. The swimming pool was a welcome relief.

As other reviewers have said, the rooms are small but we were there to see Italy, not the inside of a hotel room. I should say the hotel utilizes every square inch of space; something I realized while assembling the shower stall. I had never seen this arrangement before, but it worked quite well.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed taking our time over coffee as we prepared for our drive to Cinque Terre - another story.
