Everyone at villa giulia has been lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to our discerning friend who enjoy extraordinary experiences without a lot of typical American (and often pointless) pomp.

Beautiful villa in glorious surroundings. Magnificent views over the sea and countryside. Extremely quiet and secluded. Great fun in very large swimming pool available for children and adults. Delicious food and huge choice of breakfast, organic, local and fresh, served by friendly staff. Both hotel rooms and apartments around the grounds available. Really handy for the annual Rossini Opera Festival in August. We shall undoubtedly return to enjoy a stay in this delightful villa again. [Happy dogs already resident and visitors had appreciative dogs also].

It is lovely place, beautiful atmosphere, very nice friendly people, everything is just perfect, the only think should be improve - the cleaness of the rooms, there were spiderswebs almost everywhere, kitchen and other equipment was too old and a lot of things inside the room didn´t work properly or didn´t work at all :-). The rooms need a big improvement and investment to make it more comfortable, f.e. to wash the kids inside the very old and dirty bathroom it is almost impossible. And everything was too natural, dirty, smelly - it is definately not for people who prefer clean place. It is excellent for very natural people who don´t care much about hygiene and cleanest. It is also impossible to be withouth shoes inside the room otherwise you get very dirty. For the price I would expect much higher quality of the rooms. But since everyone working in this place is extremely nice, helpful and friendly you finally forget to consider on it :-).

The friendly laid back welcome we received really set the scene for our remaining three night stay. This is a place to relax in, away from the coastal belt, and savour the stunning views with drinks from the honesty bar. The swimming pool is set a distance from the main house so families with children do not intrude on other guests tranquility. The rooms are furnished to a high standard with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is varied and copious with second hot drinks and eggs as extras. We chose a different local restaurant to dine at each night from the excellent list provided by the Villa.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and 2yr old son on our first family holiday with just the three of us and relished the peace and quiet of the wonderful setting and beautiful house. There is a low key and laid back but luxurious feel to the place - it really felt like we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. The food was lovely and we were made to feel exceptionally welcome and at home despite having a rampaging 2yr old. Loads of places to visit on day trips if you can drag yourself away. I would quite happily take a few books and stay here for weeks on end soaking up the atmosphere and the sunshine (and the good food and wine!). Seems popular with older couples without children but certainly suits families wanting to get away from it all and would be fun with groups of friends with or without children.

We travelled to Villa Giulia with a teenage daughter and our one and a half year old. They both loved it. We were upgraded to a larger apartment so that L. could have her own room. The food was excellent. The park around the villa greatl. Anna a wonderful host always ready to answer our requests with real grace. We were extremely pleased with our two night stay at Villa Giulia and highly recommend it.

Coming to Villa Guilia is like being received from very good friends.

The Villa, the garden and the setting is unique. Luxury is defined in a very grounded way without any chichi. A georgeous spot in the marvellous Marche.

We enjoy the quiteness and the authentic charme since many years.

Perfect for travallers who look for absolute indiviuality and peacefulness, rather than a posh place.
