The majority of the restuarants in the centre of town cater for the family market, which is fine. Here too families are well catered for but there is the added attraction of good quality local dishes to tempt the 'older' couples who want something more than the pizza or pasta selections. The outdoor seating is quite interesting as well - if the tables to the front of the building are full there are others to the rear of the restaurant where a small alleyway has been nicely converted.
We had one of the fish specials of the day, beautifully cooked. The owner speaks good English as well, and made us feel quite at home. Having decided on the pricier options on the menu, the overall bill came in at €100 for two.
