For the summer, Pie Tofana is now located in a fairy tale chalet by an emerald lake. The food we dream of every season is still the same and we do not want them to change it. We are addicted to their fresh mushrooms, whether breaded, sauteed with garlic or otherwise: we love their kidneys, sauteed and grilled like nowhere else. The polenta done to perfection.
There are many other dishes, the Italian families who come back every year summer or winter are evidence of the food excellence. The lady manager takes care of you individually with warmth and it is just so delicious. For a casual but excellent meal (in a picturesque environment), do go there, it is worth the drive.
