This was our first stay at a Rifugio. We enjoyed everything about the Rifugio Lagazuoi and the area. The staff were exceptional and went beyond , example 1 young fellow carried my wife's suitcase from the rifugio down to the Gondola station when we were leaving.Tthe meals were great and also meeting other guests at supper time. I could have stayed on the deck forever! I can't wait to go back when next in the Dolomites .
