My family and I were in Italy to visit friends and to see the Italian GP at Monza. A very good friend of ours from Treviso took us to this very special place, something he considers to be a little treasure where he treats only his closest friends! It is open to the public but if you have never been here, take the time to stop in as it will be the best part of your trip, the one you remember the most vividly!

My wife and I were traveling with our two boys, age 9 and 7, the youngest who is very picky about his food as he has food allergies and this is the only place we have ever been where our son ate his entire meal, wanted more food, and was completely satisfied as were we!!! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the front patio overlooking the mountains and the valley and this is it!! We are from the mountains of Colorado and yet somehow the view from Hotel Cornelio is what we always dreamed of! There are very few places on earth that you can feel at home, be relaxed, enjoy incredibly great food and drinks and just enjoy yourself and yet this is the place!!!! The view from here is like being in a Disney movie!!! The staff here treat you like royalty and the accommodations here are very good!

This is a little gem hidden in the mountains and we are looking forward to our next visit!!!!! This little gem is our very favorite!!!

We rented a car from Venice and drove to Cortina.
The hotel is so easy to find even we arrived at night.
They also have a free parking lot next to the main parking lot of Faloria Cable car.
So you can walk to the cable car and also to the main shopping area.

The food is great. We stayed here for two nights.
The first night we ate at the Hotel Cornelio.
The second night we wanted to try something new, so we went out to another hotel's restaurant and ended up with more expensive and less delicious food T_T

The owner, Marie, is very kind and hospitable.

We will comeback here again.
