“Don't walk past this restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

We spent 5 nights in Cortina last week and ate at this restaurant on 4 of these nights. The food is excellent and great value for money. We found the staff attentive, helpful and very efficient. It is a busy restaurant and the atmosphere is vibrant. In the evening food isn't served until 6.30pm but the tables are filled quickly after this.

“Good food and atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

Very nice restaurant with good food. Alltough very busy, we were given a table in a few minutes. The girl serving us (if I remember right was from Montenegro) was very friendly and even suggested what to choose from the menu which we did and weren't at all disappointed. Good menu, nice atmosphere and friendly.

“Cold Host, average food”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

The restaurant is quite popular in Cortina and as a result the owners/host have developed quite a negative "couldn't care less" attitude. The host was unfriendly and made u sfeel that we must eat quickly and leave as there were people waiting. We ordered a pizza and a sausage dish. The pizza was served in 3 minutes flat which gave us the impression that it was pre made and heated with uncooked thick pieces of cut sausages sprinkled on top. The sausage was small piece of tasteless pork. The host kept hovering around to make sure any guests who had finished would leave as quickly as possible. Have visited the restaurant two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience However,it seems their success has now gone to their heads which is seen in their cold and unwelcoming attitude. Guess this happens to many such establishments.

“Busy Restaurant, Efiicient Service, Good Food, Large Portions”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013

We ate at 5 Torri in October 2012, hardly anything was open in Cortina but the restaurant was packed with locals and tourists. Long menu of pizza and pasta and decent choice of beer/wine.
Very reasonably priced. The staff were efficient and polite.

We absolutely would return again. The atmosphere is casual alpine family diner.
