We stayed only one week-end night at La Torre, but it was enough to fall in love with the place and to decide to return in the future for longer stays.
The place is near Arezzo, so it is a good starting point to visit many Tuscan cities and villages. The rooms are in an old stone building amid large trees, very refreshing in the hot summer (plus, there is efficient air conditioning inside the rooms). The swimming pool (not tested) is on a scenic plateau with a large view of the surrounding hills and of the valley below.
Rooms very comfortable, with nice touches, such as a small library dedicated to art in Tuscany, free WiFi, desktop computer, and in the bathroom an original line of 'green' toiletries based on Tuscan herbs and olive oil.
Breakfast prepared by the owners (a young family with children, very nice and helpful), in a family atmosphere, with tasty local products and home-made foods.
