The B & B "La Pace" is located about three kilometers from the center of Arezzo, in an extremely quiet and easy to reach by public transport (line 6 and line 2 of the local municipal transport service), about 1.5 kilometers from the park "Villa Severi," on the old road through the pass of Scopetone, linking Arezzo to the Tiber. The B & B "La Pace" is a building facing the street with two large terraces on the ground floor of which is equipped with a relaxation area for the periods spring / summer with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs. Currently there are four apartments, two on the ground floor, one with disabled toilet and two apartments on the first floor.
