“Depends”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2015

It reallly depends con your espectations. If you are looking forma typical Tuscany experience, it is not.
Arezzo IS a beautifull Tuscany village (a big ONE), bit this is a typical modern business hotel. Besides, it is located in the industrial outskirts of the city, so is particularly adequated if you have a dar.
This considered, it has modern and functional facilities, standard forma a business hotel, and good common spaces.
Above the standard: good free parking, good and reasonably priced restaurant.
Below the standard: there is no cafetería, and the people at the desk do not know what customer relations are (italian style, probably)

First impression not that great but very silent room and comfortable beds etc in room. Also the wifi in lobby proved to be quite strong and reliable. Higlight for me was the young guy serving in the restaurant. Excellent service and politness and also excellent cuisine. My acknowledgements to the chef.

we only stay at Marriott properties. This is our first time staying at a AC Marriott. Very business and very modern hotel. We were there for 5 nights on our Marriott points. Our room was very nice with a very comfortable king side bed and a beautiful large bathroom. Very clean and the service excellent. The hotel is in an industrail area, but quiet. because we were there on points breakfast was not included, they said hotel policy all AC are that way. Breakfast was 8 euros each, and was totally not worth it. We had breakfast only one morning, and then found this great café called Art Café that was right across the street from the hotel. For less than 5.euros for both of us we had delicious cappachino, an Italian breakfast sandwich and a delicious Danish. A very traditional Italian breakfast. We feel that because we were there on our POINTS which we did not get for free, we should have been entitled to breakfast. That was the down side, and also their dinner menu very expensive, but good, and limited choices. We had dinner their only twice. The rest of the stay we went out, which was excellent. I would recommend staying at this Hotel if you are looking to use points in that area. It is the only Marriott there in Arezzo.

Room Tip: It really does not matter at this Hotel, any floor or side would be fine. They did give us an upgra...

We spent two nights in Arezzo. The location of the hotel is good if you have a car, it is about two miles from the city center, in an industrial park, clearly geared towards the travellers that conduct business in the area. The hotel has plenty of free parking and the hotel staff showed us on a map where to park in the city center. The rooms were nice and clean and we had no complaints. The hotel has a restaurant. We only had the included breakfast there which was OK. There is a pizzeria/cafe within walking distance where we had a reasonable meal one evening. The hotel worked for us because we had a car, not sure if there is any public transportation to this place.

This hotel is located in the industrial area, a few kilometers outside of arezzo. You drive through Zone A, Zone B, etc to find it. (During the night, the area is empty and quiet. And during the day, it's noisy.)
But, it is a nice, clean and modern hotel, living up to the standards of this hotel chain. There is plenty of parking, the restaurant is decent (although you should consider the many dining options in arezzo), and the staff are professional. The bed is comfortable, the windows open completely (nice for fresh air), and plenty of amenities (bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, etc) are provided.
The bathroom door doesn't offer much privacy though. It is a frosted glass, and has a 3 cm gap between this glass and the frame. Perhaps, the rooms were designed for the solo business traveller.

This is our first AC Hotel visit. The hotel was clean, and our room was well appointed. The hotel staff was very friendly and recommended a good place to eat. Complimentary breakfast in the morning very nice.

A nice, comfortable and clean hotel in Arezzo if you are travelling for business.
Located quite close to the highway and not too far from city centre. If you are in Arezzo for business this is the right place.
